Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's content delivery network. The provider is Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany; processing may also be carried out by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (server log files): your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, the amount of data transferred, and information about your browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, keep it running reliably and protect it against abuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Log data is processed only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. For more information see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
No cookies, no analytics, no external fonts
This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics, tracking or marketing tools, and loads no fonts from external servers. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place. Data is only transferred to third parties once you explicitly load an embedded video or click an external link.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your message, your email address and any other information you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Embedded YouTube videos (click-to-load)
The artist pages embed videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The videos are not loaded automatically. You first see a local placeholder with a button. As long as you do not click that button, no connection to YouTube or Google servers is established and no data is transferred to them.
Only when you actively load the video does your browser connect to YouTube. YouTube then receives, among other things, your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, the page you are on, and the date and time. If you are logged in to Google at the same time, Google can associate the request with your user account. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out.
We use the extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). According to YouTube, no cookies are set for analytics purposes as long as you do not play the video. The transfer of your IP address to YouTube cannot be avoided technically.
The legal basis for loading the video and for storing information on, or accessing information from, your device is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking the button. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page without activating the video again. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
For more information see the Google privacy policy.
Links to streaming platforms
The artist pages link to third-party services, in particular Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music, as well as to the websites of the artists featured here. These are plain links: simply viewing our pages transfers no data to the linked providers.
Only when you click a link does your browser leave this website. The respective provider then processes your data under its own responsibility, over which we have no influence. The legal basis for including the links is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply:
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above or at music@dariuszparys.com.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany (datenschutz.rlp.de).
Changes to this privacy policy
We update this privacy policy when the technical setup of the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here is the one that applies.
